Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping service. Everyday we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

All orders are shipped from The United States. We offer FREE Shipping for all orders! Delivery time is 2 - 6 business days (unless mentioned otherwise on the product page).

We work with the best logistics operators and guarantee a fast delivery. The shipping service includes dedicated deliveries at home. Each product page contains shipping info.

Please make sure to provide your phone number to facilitate your contact, and the full delivery address including house/apartment number, street number, area name/number, etc... If there is any stock contingency, we will inform you about the delivery time when purchasing the product.

We will notify you by email when your items are ready to be shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages. We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been processed which can be also tracked through our website.

Delayed or undelivered shipments

This happens when the customer doesn't answer the calls or messages from the shipping companies, and also when the customer's shipping address is not clear or incomplete.

Customers are responsible to write their correct and full address with proper details and description so the delivery courier can find their location easily. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered shipments caused by unclear or incomplete shipping address or customer not responding to calls or messages.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office or delivery courier if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us here with your order number.

If your packages ever do get lost in transit, we take full responsibility and either refund you or send out a new product.

Refusing to collect shipment

If you refuse to accept delivery of all or part of your order (where the products or packaging do not appear to be damaged or defective) you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Any fees and charges incurred due to a package being refused will be deducted from your merchandise refund. The same will apply if the tracking states that delivery has been attempted and the item is awaiting collection, and that item is not collected. Please refer to our Return Policy.
